As can be seen, footfall at all but two of our stations has increased over the past year, with only Cradley Heath and The Hawthorns showing small decreases, the latter possibly being due to smaller crowds at West Bromwich Albion due to the standard of football they produced during their relegation season.

The biggest increases are at the three village stations, and the increase of over 17% at Hartlebury proves that the Stourbridge Line User Group were right when they campaigned for off-peak services to serve the station.
